The City of Henderson, Nevada, on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency, is soliciting responses from qualified companies for asbestos abatement and demolition services at three (3) vacant residential properties located at 38, 42, and 46 Magnesium Street in Henderson, Nevada. The properties are located on three (3) adjacent lots and include residential structures and associated accessory structures. The purpose of this project is to remove all structures, hazardous materials, and associated site improvements in preparation for future City use.
