Renovation of a parking garage in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 447,000-square-foot, three-story above grade parking garage.
The City of St. Augustine is soliciting for qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform repairs and waterproofing in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility per the specifications and construction drawings. The City prefers ALL inquiries related to this solicitation to be submitted through the Question and Answer section of the Project through the Procurement Portal, no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, May 18, 2026. Scope of Work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform repairs and waterproofing in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility located at 1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084 per the attached construction drawings and specifications, Exhibits A and B. Project consists of full replacement of joint sealant and expansion joints related to the 4th floor. Parts of the 3rd floor expansion joints will be done. Concrete repairs, concrete sealers, traffic topping(vehicular,repair,recoat), and painting traffic markings. Contractor will coordinate with City during construction to determine appropriate shut down times for sections of the 4th and 3rd floor. Portable restrooms are not required. Visitor Information restrooms can be used once they open up at 8:30am. Contractor to coordinate with the Citys Solid Waste Division to have dumpster on northside of the garage for work debris. Substantial completion of the project shall be sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The Final Completion Date shall be ninety (90) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
