A. The work under the Contract consists of 1. Removing existing tile walls and substrates, sheetrock walls and ceilings to stud framing and ceiling joists. 2. Removing existing tile flooring to existing solid wood flooring surface and replacing with new tile floor at bathrooms and resilient tile floor at vestibule. 3. Install new sheetrock, cement boards, tile flooring, tile wall wainscoting. 4. Removing existing and installing new mechanical electrical and plumbing as shown on the drawings, including plumbing and lighting fixtures and devices. 5. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. The Architect will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The work is estimated to cost $ 60,000 Remove old fixtures, flooring, and tile, asbestos abatement.
