The estimated duration of the contract is 6 months. Interested companies are invited to respond, within the prescribed time limits, to this request for tenders by public invitation to tender. Only companies or individuals holding all the permits, certificates or licences required by law are authorised to tender. The Municipality undertakes to accept neither the lowest tender nor any of the tenders received, and it accepts no liability towards any of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council.
