Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pleasanton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the City of Pleasanton Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement Project. The project consists of replacing the failing roof and roof structure over the existing water treatment plant filter building. Work includes demolition and installation of roof systems and structure, as well as modifications to existing on-site electrical and HVAC systems. Implementation of the work must minimize downtime of water treatment plant systems. Sealed bids must be submitted to Pleasanton City Hall and should be marked accordingly and addressed to the City Clerk. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount must be included. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, and prospective bidders are requested to attend. For further information, contact City Hall.
