The proceedings of this open procedure are described as follows: . Demolition of an existing launching ramp made of flexible concrete mat; . Construction of a reinforced concrete launching ramp; . Installation and dismantling of a cofferdam and drying of the work area; . Foundation work and paving; . Rehabilitation of the coastline and development. Note that the work is conditional on receiving a certificate of authorization from MELCCFP. The work may begin upon receipt of said certificate and must be carried out during a low-flow period (late summer - early autumn).
