Moffat County is requesting proposals for a Project Manager for Skate Park installation. The Moffat County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of Moffat County, Colorado. The award of the bid is contingent upon the County and the successful bidder negotiating a mutually agreeable contract. Small businesses, especially minority and women owned firms, are actively encouraged to participate. Moffat County supports Fair Housing Laws and Equal Housing Opportunity.
