Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Marcellus, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for Contract No. 1 Green Gateway Park Pavilion and Fishing Platform. The work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of work: 1. Construction of 800 SF, Timber-Framed Park Pavilion. 2. Construction of ADA-Accessible Fishing Platform along the eastern embankment of Nine Mile Creek. 3. Related grading and drainage improvements. Instructions to bidders include: - Bids must be received by the Village Clerk at the specified address by the designated time; late bids will be returned unopened and not considered. - Project documents may be examined free of charge at Marcellus Village Hall or online. - All bids must be submitted using the Bid Forms within the Project Manual. - Bidders must submit company name, business and shipping address, contact person, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and prime contract trade affiliation upon requesting bidding documents. - No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after bid opening. - The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any bid because of informality, and to waive any information in the bids.
