**As of May 19, 2026, the project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt, with an awarded amount of $225,987.75.** The work will include approximately 4,000 SY of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement for the parking lot; 600 SY of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement for the trail; 500 CY of Crushed Aggregate Base Course; 2,700 SF of site concrete and sidewalk replacement; and landscape restoration of disturbed areas. Proposals must be submitted using the supplied forms, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the proposal. If submitting electronically, the original certified check or bid bond must be delivered within 72 hours of bid opening. Bids may be submitted via QuestCDN vBid online service or as a sealed paper copy. All project documents must be obtained from QuestCDN to be added to the Plan Holder List and to access online bidding. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The Town of Buchanan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities.
