Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) Purchasing Department before the specified due date and time. Each bid must include a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to CMHA, in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid amount. The work is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in bids in the best interest of CMHA. Bids are firm for 120 calendar days after opening and cannot be withdrawn without consent. CMHA is exempt from all taxes.
