Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of May 12, 2026, this bid has been cancelled. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Bids are solicited for patio door replacements at West Boulevard High Rise. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) Purchasing Department before the specified due date and time. Each bid must include a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to CMHA, in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid amount. The work is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in bids in the best interest of CMHA. Bids are firm for 120 calendar days after opening and cannot be withdrawn without consent. CMHA is exempt from all taxes. Questions will be received in writing no later than 10:00 am local time on May 05, 2026 via email at cousotrigoy@cmha.net The construction estimate range for this project is between $720,483.00 - $994,951.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
