Seeking Sealed Bids for Property Clearing Improvements on an 18-acre tract situated at the southwest corner of the intersection of Interstate 30 and Mary Drive. Perform tree and stump removal for the entirety of the property; 2. Remove brush from the property utilizing a root rake or other acceptable machinery; 3. Pile material on-site and perform a controlled burn; 4. Backfill holes from stump removal; 5. Grade property to allow for positive drainage and not allow pooling of surface water;
