Questions will be gathered and answers provided to all Vendors via Addenda from the City ofClarksville Purchasing Department The North Service Center (111 Cunningham Lane) includes a public entrance vestibule with storefront doors and windows. The existing exterior storefront measures approximately 103" wide x 104" tall and includes a single set of double leafswing doors, with each door measuring approximately 36" wide x 84" tall. The existing interior storefront measures approximately 132" wide x 86" tall and includes a single set of double leaf swing doors, with each door measuring approximately 36" wide x 84" tall. The vestibule measures about 15' wide x 6' deep. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of interior and exterior storefront doors and windows and replace with new automatic sliding door systems and storefront windows, including required electrical work to bring power to the doors. The interior storefront opening is not tall enough to accommodate the specified sliding door system, requiring the Contractor to enlarge the opening into the wall above. The new sliding doors shall include a mechanical locking system and alarm contacts. The door system shall include a switch so that staff can activate the openers during work hours and deactivate the openers after hours. The work shall include any appropriate signs or labels. The South Service Center (2215 Madison Street) includes a public entrance vestibule with storefront doors and windows. The vestibule is an add-on and extends into the lobby. The vestibule measures about 6' wide x 6' deep. The vestibule includes a single set of double leaf exterior swing doors and a single set ofdouble leafinterior swing doors, with each door measuring approximately 36" wide x 108" tall. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing exterior and interior double leaf doors. The Contractor shall install a new automatic sliding door system and storefront windows for the exterior doors only. The work shall include any required electrical work to bring power to the motorized opener. The new sliding doors shall include a mechanical locking system and alarm contacts. The door system shall include a switch so that staff can activate the openers during work hours and deactivate the openers after hours. The work shall include any appropriate signs or labels. The Main Lobby (2215 Madison Street) is a larger space with a number of doors and storefront windows, most of which will remain. Only the two exterior side doors and one of the interior doors will be modified. The exterior side doors arc double leaf swing doors, with each door measuring approximately 36" wide x 108" tall, with a storefront window above. The interior door is a double leafswing door, with each door measuring approximately 36" wide x 108" tall, with no storefront window above.
