Project Overview: Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba, West Texas district open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Polyethylene Field Turf Play Surface installation project in the West Texas district. The project scope of work includes purchasing supplies, materials, equipment, and labor, approximately 35,000 sq ft of Polyethylene Turf installation, adding a drainage system, and grading the turf area as specified in the project documents.
