The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking a supplier for an annual requirements contract to provide roadway and parking lot maintenance, which includes asphalt and concrete patching and maintenance, as well as roadway and parking lot markings and striping for designated parking lots and roadways. All questions and responses related to this bid must be processed through the NGEM website. Prospective bidders must register as a "Supplier" on the NGEM System, which is accessible at www.ngemnv.com. There is no cost to register or use the system. After registration, bid documents can be viewed by selecting the specific project from Current Bid Opportunities. An electronic bid proposal must be submitted through the NGEM System. Printed bid documents may be used for a bidder’s reference, but only electronic submissions via the system will be accepted. No pre-bid conference will be held, but questions may be submitted through the NGEM site until the cutoff date/time. Attendance at the bid opening is not required. Upon completion of the bid evaluations, all companies that submitted bids will be notified of the intent to award, including a summary of the bids received.
