The project involves furnishing all labor and materials required to remove and replace a failing 36" butterfly valve located just downstream of the meter vault near the Liberty Fairfield Pump Station. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the Bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR LIBERTY FAIRFIELD PUMP STATION 36" VALVE REPLACEMENT FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT." Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best bid, and to hold bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluation.
