Project has been Rebid NELSON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company to furnish all labor and materials to complete the BG #26-104 NELSON COUNTY HS-REPLACEMENT/RENOVATION-PHASE 1 located at 1070 Bloomfield Road, Bardstown, KY 40004, in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by Studio Kremer Architects, Inc., CMTA, Inc., Brown & Kubican, and Buzick Construction. The contract will include liquidated damages assessed at $1,000.00 per day if the completion date is not met. Successful bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. The following bids are requested: BID PACKAGE #1 - GENERAL TRADES BID PACKAGE #2 - PLUMBING & HVAC BID PACKAGE #3 - ELECTRICAL Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond and must be submitted in duplicate on copies of the Form of Proposal. Both copies and the Bid Bond shall be placed in a manila envelope with the Project Name and Proposed Bid Package number affixed. No bidder may withdraw a bid submitted for a period of sixty days after the date set for bid opening. Electronic bids will not be allowed. If a bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the stated due date and time. Questions should be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. An electronic copy of the complete set of Drawings, Specifications, and Project Manual are available at no cost from the designated provider. If a hard copy is desired, the bidder is responsible for printing costs.
