The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Water Division's Don Benito Reservoir Replacement Project. The project involves the final design, bid assistance, and engineering services during construction for a 1.3-million-gallon pre-stressed concrete reservoir. The new reservoir will replace two steel tanks that were destroyed during the 2025 Eaton Fire and will be located at 3671 Ranch Top Road, Pasadena, 91107. The design services required include the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction of the new reservoir, site improvements, yard piping, tank accessories, a disinfection and mixing system, electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, and a solar photovoltaic system.
