The Project includes paving (highway, road and street paving); lift station, sanitary sewer (gravity and forcemain); sewer and water construction; sidewalks, curb and gutter; signage; stormwater improvements; street road construction and repair; tree cutting; water wastewater infrastructure; waterlines; and street lighting. Instructions to bidders specify that for all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), and absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials must be produced in the United States. Waivers that apply to this contract include BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components. The Project has an expected duration of 356 days.
