The work consists of design-bid-build construction of a new facility titled the Trusted Microelectronics Assurance Center. The project includes all associated site work, building construction, systems installation, and coordination required to deliver a finished facility suitable for its intended mission use. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45,000,000. Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, 300 Highway Avenue, Crane, IN 47522. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated magnitude of the proposed construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
