Log into the Rio Grande City Grulla I.S.D. Purchasing Department website to register. All questions or inquiries related to the solicitation must be submitted online via the "Questions" tab electronically before the specified deadline. The district will only respond to questions asked online. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the district's e-Bidding website by the deadline. Interested vendors should check the e-Bidding website for updates, addendums, or amendments to the solicitation. The district will select the proposal that provides the best value according to the awarding criteria in the solicitation. Vendors must register using the district's e-Bidding system. There is no vendor fee for this service. Proposals remain sealed until the due date and time, and contents remain confidential during negotiations. The district reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals, waive formalities or technicalities, or accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. Vendors must upload documents in accordance with the instructions within the bid. Bids can be withdrawn prior to the official opening, and alterations before that time must be made online by resubmitting. After the official opening, no amendments, alterations, or withdrawals are allowed without recommendation and approval from the appropriate district authorities. Federal Excise and State Sales Tax should not be included in the bid. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in whole or in part, and to award bids in the district's best interest.
