This project consists of parking lot and driveway improvements at Clearview Regional Middle School and Clearview Regional High School. ALL SITE WORK INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: VARIABLE DEPTH MILLING OF EXISTING PARKING LOTS WITH ASPHALT HMA SURFACE COURSE; NEW PARKING LOT AREA(S); PAVEMENT REPAIR; THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING AND DIRECTIONAL TRAFFIC MARKINGS; CONCRETE DRIVEWAY APRON; WHEEL STOPS; ADA CURB RAMP, CONCRETE CURBING, 4" THICK CONCRETE SIDEWALK, DETECTABLE WARNING SURFACE; TRAFFIC SIGNAGE; INLETS, CATCH BASINS; REBUILD INLETS AND ALL ASSOCIATED WORK AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS. The Work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. All Site Work including the following indicated work: a. Variable depth milling of existing parking lots and new asphalt HMA surface course and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. b. New parking lot area(s) and all associated work where indicated on the drawings. c. Pavement repair as indicated on the drawings. d. Thermoplastic striping and directional traffic markings and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. e. Concrete driveway apron as indicated on the drawings. f. Remove and replace wheel stops and all associated work, where indicated on the drawings.g. Proposed ADA curb ramp, concrete curbing, 4" thick concrete sidewalk, detectable warning surface, and all associated work as indicated on the drawings. h Traffic signage. i Remove and replace inlets, catch basins and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. j Rebuild inlets and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. k. All other indicated work.
