Renovation of a military facility in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Renovation of the Base Chapel (Building 2606) to address multiple failing building components. Work includes installation of a new fire suppression system; demolition and disposal of a masonry wall; construction of a concrete landing with ABA-compliant metal railings; removal and disposal of the entire existing composite roof and replacement with a new metal roof; replacement of various windows, doors, and floor coverings; demolition and disposal of the existing steam boiler in Room 111; installation of new emergency lighting throughout the facility; and complete renovation of all restrooms. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and the requirements of the Statement of Work. Location: Mountain Home Air Force Base, 366 Gunfighter Avenue, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho 83648. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
