The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and plant necessary to complete the full design and replacement of the roof for Building 155, including replacement of the overhang covering the exhaust louver at the rear of the facility and the overhang covering the entrance and roll-up door at the front of the facility. The new roof and overhangs shall eliminate all weather-borne water intrusion into Building 155 and shall be designed and installed to be free of ponding. The roofing system shall be a TPO single-ply membrane roof and shall include insulation meeting ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing built-up roof components down to the roof decking, installation of new insulation, replacement of the gutter system including downspouts, roof curbing, and roof coping. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and all applicable Air Force requirements, codes, and referenced standards. IAW FAR 36.204 (e) the Range of Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
