Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Bonifacius, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the construction of approximately: 11,000 square yards of full depth reclamation, 6,000 cubic yards of common excavation, 2,100 cubic yards of select granular borrow, 2,800 cubic yards of aggregate base class 5, 6,200 tons of bituminous paving, 7,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 8,500 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 400 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 3,300 linear feet of watermain, 54 water services, 1,100 linear feet of directionally drilled watermain, and 2,500 linear feet of storm sewer, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Bonifacius, must accompany each bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the owner would be best served.
