Major quantities of work include: approximately 9,167 CY Common Excavation (CV), 63,089 SY Full Depth Reclamation (P), 38,773 SY Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0"), 6,141 CY Organic Topsoil Borrow (LV), 18,499 Ton Bituminous Mixture, 4,620 LF Storm Sewer & Culverts (12" - 42" RCP, PVC, & HDPE), 6,608 LF Water Main and Services (6"-8" DIP & HDPE), 5,832 LF Sanitary Sewer Mains (8" - 18" PVC), 466 LF 30" Steel Casing Pipe (Jacked), 59 EA Construct Drainage Structure 48" (Storm), 21 EA Construct Drainage Structure 48" (Sanitary), 118.40 LF Construct Drainage Structure Design 48-4020, 19,873 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter, and 16,696 SF Concrete Walk. Bid security of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each submission. Bids shall comply with the provided bidding requirements. A contractor must submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria specified by Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The work is subject to minimum wage and labor standards in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages for Isanti County.
