The City intends to award two identical contracts from this RFP. Critical project success factors include engaging professionals with proven experience in sewer inspection and cleaning, collaboration with the KC Water's Smart Sewer Program team for delivery of inspection data, performance of inspections at a consistent rate to facilitate program mileage goals, capability to perform high-definition inspections of large diameter sewers with sufficient video quality to allow for defect coding, and data QA/QC and delivery.
