The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) is soliciting Qualification Statements from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with services related to General Contractor Services at the newly-acquired CTRMA headquarters building at 4001 W. Parmer Lane in Austin, Texas. The scope includes retrofitting an existing 35,000 square-foot office building to include a 5,000 square-foot traffic incident management center, 22,000 square feet of office spaces, conference rooms, collaborative work areas, and storage space, and a 3,700 square-foot office suite.
