Demolition, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Albion, Indiana. Working plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Work includes the demolition, renovations, and additions to the Noble County Highway Department building as described in the Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must obtain complete sets of drawings and contract documents, properly execute bids on designated forms, and include a fully completed Form No. 96 (latest revision) along with acceptable bid security. Each bid must include an acceptable certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid price. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required from the successful contractor. A prevailing wage scale is not required for this project. Work for which proposals are to be received includes the demolition, renovations and additions to the Noble County Highway Department building as described in the Drawings and Specifications. Project No. 202502329 Question Deadline 05/01/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Architect will respond and return RFIs to Contractor within seven calendar days of receipt. For the purpose of establishing the start of the mandated response period, RFIs received after 12:00 noon will be considered as having been received on the following regular working day.
