Baycrest Bulkhead Replacement (Bid Number: BP2026-0022) Specifications for this project will be available online beginning Thursday, April 23, 2026. Prospective bidders are required to download or print the packet from the designated website, as no copies will be provided by the Town Clerk's Office or any other office of the Town. Bidders must review the required prevailing wage schedule by visiting the New York Department of Labor website and entering the PRC 2026008087. Employees must be paid the indicated wage rates. Each bidder must include a certified check or a bond equal to five percent of the total bid. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number, project title, company name, and phone number. Only the pages with headers are to be returned with the bid. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids received, and/or reject any or all bids.
