This project is a prevailing wage project to replace the two existing 1.5 MBH boilers. Estimated cost range is $50,000 to $150,000. Liquidated damages are $200 per day. Required insurances, if awarded, are Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation. An Installation Floater is required if the award amount is less than $100,000. Builders Risk Insurance is required if the award amount is $100,000 or more. Refer to the Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement template for additional information and insurance requirements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
