Project involves replacing the Tweeds Mill Bridge across the tributary to White Clay Creek and 280 LF of stream restoration adjacent to the bridge at the White Clay Creek State Park. Bids must be received sealed or via email by the specified deadline. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to bid.
