The City of Bellevue is seeking to establish a contract with a traffic data consultant to provide professional services for traffic studies and analysis, such as tube counts, turning movement counts, and origin/destination studies. These services are needed to assist with project scoping and evaluation, support a regional traffic model, concurrency, and to support an annual traffic count program as well as other transportation and development needs. Services will be requested by the city on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The total contract value is anticipated to range from $400,000 to $500,000 for the full contract term, including renewal options. The contractor is required to comply with the provisions of Title VI.
