Sealed proposals will be received for Contract No. 2026-01, which involves 83,450 square yards of Asphalt Single Seal Coat. All bidding requirements, conditions, and materials furnished must conform to the current specifications of Penn DOT form 408 and appropriate Bulletins unless otherwise specified. Bidders may submit proposals on any individual item, any combination of items, or all items. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality and delivered as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid and Performance Bonds with Certificate of Insurance must be furnished as specified. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
