Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Bismarck Public Works Department is seeking written qualifications from professional architectural firms for re-roofing the Sludge Plant building at the Water Treatment facility. The work will include a study of moisture infiltration into the current roof system to ensure the long-term health of the new roof. The selected firm will provide consulting services covering design, contract document preparation, bidding, and contract administration for the project at 615 River Rd, Bismarck ND 58504. Written proposals must address the firm's experience and ability to perform the defined services promptly and are limited to 20 single-sided or 10 double-sided pages on standard letter paper. Key considerations include technical capabilities, experience and performance of both the firm and the proposed project team, understanding of the project and proposed work approach, knowledge of regulations and local conditions, ability to respond in a timely manner, availability of qualified personnel, and experience with similar projects. A selection committee will rank the proposals and recommend a single firm for negotiation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or inquiries, waive any informality, or accept any response deemed to be in its best interest.
