VIA is seeking a contractor to provide bus stop improvements to consist of a Tolar Shelter slab along with new concrete sidewalk access. This bus stop warrants a new bus stop shelter along with accessibility improvements, and a bus stop pad to accommodate ridership. Prior to the time and date indicated above, all bids shall be delivered to the Contracts Specialist at the address indicated below. Bids received after the above time and date shall not be considered, except as provided in the section in the IFB entitled "Late Submission." The bid shall be in a sealed envelope properly labeled on the outside with the project name and number and the bid opening date. Unless specifically authorized in writing by VIA, no telegraphic or tele-faxed bids will be considered.
