Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project is for the construction of a detention basin that will store high flows diverted from Deadmans Run and slowly release water back into the channel. Includes excavation and hauling of approximately 68,000 CY of earth material, minor fill for embankment, installing a concrete mattress and stilling basin, pipe installation, geoweb soil stabilization, and site amenities. This will require access from right of way, sediment and erosion control, handling of water, and other necessary incidental items. The proposed project schedule assumes that Award of Bid will be made by 21 May 2026 The last day to submit questions will be Monday, May 4th by 5:00 pm.
