Scope of work to include the Cold In-Place Recycling with Expanded Asphalt Mix (CIREAM) recycling of the existing roadway and hot mix paving of a section of County Road 21 (Oil Heritage Road) from a point north of Oil Springs to a point north of Shiloh Line, over a total distance of approximately 5.3 km. Other work to include asphalt milling, curb and gutter removal and replacement, form and fill (rout and seal) grooves at a bridge, and related work.
