Demolition, site work and new construction of a stadium in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The project scope includes work at and around the existing Jaguar Stadium at Madison Central High School and consists of the following: a new pre-fabricated press box; demolition of the existing restroom building; construction of two new restroom buildings; a new entry gate structure; a new pedestrian plaza; relocated ADA parking; and new decorative fencing throughout. Instructions to bidders: - Contract documents can be obtained for viewing and purchase online. A complete set of documents is available for a refundable check deposit. - Electronic bids may be submitted through a specified bidding platform, with instructions for electronic submission provided by the platform. - Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools is required. - Refer to other bidding requirements described in specified documents. - Bids must be submitted on the form provided by the Architect. - Offers must be irrevocable for a period of 60 days after submission. - The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
