Traffic accommodation will be staged to have a minimum of one (1) lane open at a time during repairs. The scope of work of the required services may include, but is not limited to: Review background information; Complete design for rehabilitation works; Assemble the repair procedures for review by the City; Complete the impact repairs to the overpass; Provide record drawings. To utilize the manlift, a certified operator shall be present, and certification shall be provided to the City Engineer. Attendance at the site visit is optional but strongly recommended. Respondents are responsible for arranging their own site attendance and for becoming familiar with the existing site conditions. The City will not be responsible for any misunderstanding or lack of information arising from a respondent’s failure to attend the site visit.
