The project is "Kossuth Football ADA Renovation" for the Alcorn School District in Kossuth, MS. Sealed bids are to be submitted for this project. Bid proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the provided "General Construction Bid Form" and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Payment Bond will be required from the successful bidder. Bids are requested for a Lump Sum Base Bid with any Alternates and/or Unit Costs requested. Proposals must be submitted on the specified Bid Forms and may be delivered in person or electronically. Each bid must comply with the requirements regarding Certificates of Responsibility as per the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, although the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informality where in their best interest.
