Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Maysville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are being requested for the construction of a 300,000 gallon elevated tank and appurtenances for Western Lewis-Rectorville Water & Gas District. Bidders may examine the bidding documents at the specified locations and may obtain printed or electronic copies upon payment. Bids must include bid security in the amount and form as described in the Information for Bidders. Attention is drawn to employment and wage requirements, including Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, E.O. 11246, and Title VI. Minority bidders are encouraged to submit bids. No bids may be withdrawn within 90 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. The last day for submitting questions will be 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Jeff Reynolds with HMB Professional Engineer at 3 HMB Circle, Frankfort, KY 40601 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
