O'Neill Public Schools is requesting bids for a track resurfacing project at the District's high school. The project will begin immediately upon the execution of the construction agreement, with on-site work to begin on or about May 21, 2026. The district's goal for substantial completion of the entire project is July 31, 2026, though bidders may propose an alternative completion date no later than October 30, 2026. Scope and Nature. Remove and disposal of existing surface; clean and prepare asphalt base; locate and fill all cracks; locate and patch areas; application of polyurethane primer coat; application of minimum of onehalf-inch (1/2") black polyurethane surfacing; layout and paint all lane lines and event markings as per NFSHSA and State standards.
