Refer to Attachments, General Conditions/Scope of Work for additional information . Basement Level : Conversion of approximately 2,500 S.F. of existing lab space into offices and storage. First Floor Level : Expansion of approximately 1,450 S.F. of existing storage space for additional workstations. Second Floor Level : Remodel of approximately 6,700 S.F. of office to accommodate Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office staff. The scope of work includes selective demolition, new wall , floor and ceiling finishes. The renovation focuses on the interior offices. As of April 24 2026, this project has been registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and is currently in Construction Documents stage.
