The scope of work is to review HVAC equipment and update buildings Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required per Canada Occupational Health & Safety Regulations most recent codes and requirements, Part II, Div. III. This includes all regulated equipment that are being inspected by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), including but not limited to pressure tanks, compressor tanks, and expansion tanks. The updated HVAC SOPs are to be in accordance with BMP NCL 2023-24 and CLC requirements and shall reflect actual building systems and operations.
