The Project consists of the construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower at the Mankato Regional Airport, Mankato, MN. The work consists of sitework, excavation, pile foundations, concrete superstructure, structural steel, exterior envelope enclosure, interior finishes, and plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction. This project will be constructed within an active airport environment and is subject to FAA coordination, security requirements and operational constraints. Subcontractors shall demonstrate experience working in secure or operational facilities. CM@R is a Minnesota Signatory to the Collective Bargaining Agreements ("CBAs") with the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, and Operators. As such, a successful bidder for the heretofore mentioned trades must be a signatory to the corresponding CBA. The scope of the Project which is related to this RFQ will be construction of the new federal contract control tower as described above. Scopes of work available for bidding are identified below This project involves the construction of a New Federal Contract Tower at Mankato, MN Regional Airport in Mankato, MN. Subcontractors are required to undergo a prequalification process to become eligible to perform work on the project. The RFQ covers the establishment of a prequalified list by work category, and only those prequalified will be invited to participate in the competitive Price Solicitation Request for Bids (RFB). The contractual obligations and specific measures of performance will be defined in the final contract. A sample contract and insurance requirements are referenced. Instructions specify that all correspondence and RFQ responses must be submitted via email. The scope includes a wide range of categories such as service line installation, fencing, installation of water and sewer pipelines, HVAC, painting, landscaping, erosion control, concrete, street and road materials, roofing, paving, lighting, electrical, fire protection, power generation, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as pavement marking. General instructions to bidders require compliance with submission procedures, including providing all specified information by the deadline.
