The project scope includes the development of a new Non-Hazardous Sterile Compounding suite-comprising an anteroom, cleanroom, and associated support areas - as well as a new Hazardous Sterile Compounding suite including its associated support spaces. In Scope Selective Demolition of existing Compounding suite Partial demolition of vacant Medical Device Reprocessing unit Modify existing partitions as required, some re & re of existing mechanical and electrical Modification of the sprinkler system to match the new layout. New architectural, electrical and mechanical finishes as needed to suit new construction New flooring to be installed and joined to existing flooring where needed New existing lighting and electrical distribution New major structural install to support overhead equipment and integrated HVAC & lighting Coordination with FHA vendors and equipment suppliers to ensure any electrical, mechanical and structural requirements are provided.
