Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project involves the construction of a prominent, primary place of remembrance located at the Rose Garden and a subtle, secondary place of remembrance at Port Clinton Plaza in the City of Highland Park. The design of the place of remembrance is not yet finalized. There will likely be a primary focus on hardscape and landscape installation, with the probable incorporation of a portion of existing landscape. Multiple delivery alternatives will be explored for the project. The Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) will be expected to take an active role in assessing completion options, alternatives, and order-of-magnitude costs in the design and planning process.
