The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids load, haul, and spread an estimated 336 cubic yards (loose measure) of Class 5 aggregate material, replace one 36" x 32' and one 24" x 32' contractor supplied culvert and complete 430 linear feet of ditching and seeding on the Wasson Lake Forest Road. Replace one 36" x 32' contractor supplied culvert and load, haul, and spread an estimated 12 cubic yards (loose measure) of Class 5 aggregate material on the Lost Lake Forest Road. Additionally, load, haul, and spread an estimated 180 cubic yards (loose measure) of Class 5 aggregate material on the Owen Lake Public Access Road. Both roads are in Itasca County. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
