Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Haslet, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project generally consists of regrading an existing gravel parking lot and installing 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, sidewalk, signage, striping, handrail, and fencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening. The successful bidder shall, when requested, demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
